Protestant Hospital Alsterdorf
The Protestant Krankenhaus Alsterdorf belongs to the medical societies of the Evangelische foundation Alsterdorf. It is an academic teaching hospital of the University Hospital Hamburg-Eppendorf.
With the Epilepsy Center, geriatric medicine, and the development into a dementia-sensitive hospital as well as the treatment of mental illnesses of parents and children, it has made its name nationwide. It has a special mission to provide specialized medical and nursing care for people with disabilities.
Our goal is to support patients in living as healthy, independent, and self-determined life as possible. To this end, we offer individually tailored diagnostics, therapy, and support.
The hospital maintains a partnership with Rubambwe Hospital in Dar es Salaam.
