Kibasila Secondary School

Kibasila Secondary School is located in the Chang’ombe suburb south of Dar es Salaam and is a school for boys and girls. The students come from different parts of Dar es Salaam to this all-day school. 124 teachers teach over 2000 students here.

It was founded in 1951 by the Goan Catholic community and was called St. Xavier’s Secondary School. The present school was built in 1954 and has been a state school since 1970.
